Immigration Evaluation

We provide Psychological/Psychosocial Assessments for Hardship Waivers (Waiver of Extreme Hardship Application – 601A) to aid foreign nationals. Our Assessments provide applicants the opportunity to share their story while also identifying the hardships they’d face if foreign nationals were to return to their home countries.   

We can provide this assessment via video (telehealth) to anyone in California. We currently provide assessments in English, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Waray-Waray, and Bisaya. In addition, we can work with interpreters.
