At Positive Psychology, Inc., we offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to youth and adults to assess for a variety of cognitive, emotional, and mental health concerns.
Whether you are seeking to understand better your stress, coping, interpersonal relationships, reality testing, cognitive ability, or diagnosis, psychological assessments can provide more information about how you function relative to chronic or acute issues. Psychological assessments can also provide information about your baseline functioning and measure change over time. They can be used to support your treatment, giving both you and your provider more insight into how to tailor therapy to be most effective for your needs and goals.
Psychological evaluations may be requested by a provider, such as a physician, psychiatrist, employer, or school, or by the client.
Most assessments are administered in person, though many can be proctored via telehealth. We welcome out-of-state requests who are willing to travel to California. In addition, we can work with interpreters.
